That's nice.

They were wrong then, but nice little irrelevant factoid .

I was very happy to read of Judge Friedman's ruling.

For me, the "icing on the case" is when he totally dismissed Mark Regeneus' "study" as "unbelievable."

Marriage equality has won.

It's only a matter of time.

The Pennsylvania Supreme Court has scheduled to hear a case involving same-sex couples who legally married in other states but now live in PA and want their marriages recognized on May 26th I believe. Observers in Harrisburg are predicting another win for the gays and lesbians.

When you find that more states allow gay marriage due to judicial tyranny rather than legislative action, then there is a problem.

So you think the majority should decide the rights of the minority?

You are unhappy because they didn't say you could marry your cat, but they did actually .. IF your cat can stand before witnesses and pledge his/her life long love and devotion to you in a language common to the witnesses you CAN marry your cat.

Because they decided something you like is UNCONSTITUTIONAL? Does your wife know how weak you think the foundation of your marriage is?

Congrats Michigan! One of my favorite states and a place I go often. Nice to see the upper Midwest so open and equal. Now we just need Wisconsin.

Defending the Constitution doesn't make a judge corrupt or activist.
