Yours?

Will Republicans distance themselves from any State like this.
The question should be why is government forcing itself on others when no ones rights have been violated. I wish the question was which state would be the last to get government out of marriage.

Or uphold them, depending on who is on the bench when the decision is made.

California has not legalized gay marriage - we are a victim of judicial tyranny.
That is correct. Good Grief, how many times have the citizens and voters in CA turned it down?

Obviously, in CA votes don't matter in the slightest.

There are no such "bans" - these are states that are asserting the definition of marriage as between a man and a woman.

What you call "hate filled right-wing ideology" is nothing more than what has always been accepted as the definition of marriage by people on both sides of the aisle until the gay army got militant and the Democrats decided to play their favorite game - divide and conquer.

You should be ashamed to be part of a party that divided rather than unites and you should feel like a fool for buying the partisan rhetoric concerning the definition of marriage.

Hint - the reason why Proposition 8 passed here in California was because of the overwhelming support of social conservatives who also voted for President Obama and are a reliable voting block of the Democratic party.

This isn't a politically ideological issue - it is a moral and federalist one.
