How many gun homicides were there in NYC last year? Murderers do not tend to have CCW's. I don't think Rodgers had a CCW.

Neither LE or the military receives any "specialized" firearms training, unless they are special operations. Then, they train with a larger variety of firearms , practice regularly, or a bit more than beat cops or rear echelon types. I am a bit jaded with "tactic all" LE teams.and would like to see that status not handed out so easy . Especially in light of numerous , recent incidents, in which innocent people were hosed with bullets. Some "special function".

Yet it still enjoys the murder rate that is half of that of gun-loving cities of Houston and Dallas. Go figure.

Look, it doesn't matter if you use a gun to deter or to intimidate, prop open a door or stir a post of chili with....it's only PURPOSE is to blow holes in other living things.

I don't recall the Olympians blowing holes in other living things.
