I gotta believe that Ballmer would want to move the team to Seattle, based on everything that has happened since the Sonics moved to OKC. Why would Ballmer offer over double market value if he wanted to keep the team in LA? He wouldn't. He wants to do the same thing that Clay Bennett did, and stick it to David Stern. Lots of drama here.

who cares. It's just billionaires shuffling money between each other. It's a pride thing and I wouldn't be surprised if he still fought the sale.

I thought he was a racist who didn't like black people. Why would he want to watch them play?

He also thought of himself as a plantation owner with black people working for him.

Did plantation owners go out to the fields and watch them work? I don't know if they did or not.

But I don't think he thought of himself in that manner. He made some stupid comments, and I won't defend him or them, but they were his private comments.

I wonder how much his BLACK girlfriend gets?

How is he a winner?

He was forced to sell an asset.

If he WANTED to sell it, he still would have made the money.

So, no, I don't see him as a winner of any sort.

Hoping Sterling sues the NBA (other team owners) for billions.

He bought the clippers for 12.5 million dollars in 1981 and was just "forced to sell" them for 2 BILLION dollars.

If that's not winning then please sign me up for that list of losers.
