Either try them or don't have them in custody at all.
Hell, Obama could just drone them like he has been doing....

Gitmo was wrong from the beginning. But two wrongs just makes it more wrong.

The White House now admits that it failed to notify Congress before freeing five Taliban leaders from Gitmo in exchange for Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl's release. Those five jihadists will plot and execute attacks on America and Americans.

I wonder how many lives were saved by holding terrorist in Gitmo? Of course because you kneel at Obama's pulpit that doesn't matter to you.

To U.S. soldiers, I pray for your safety, I always have. I can not even begin to understand what you go through on the battle field.

So it begins........

Asked whether the Taliban would be inspired by the exchange to kidnap others, a commander laughed. “Definitely."

I doubt it. It took 5 years to get a settlement on Bergdahl, and in this case we had a soldier who cracked before he went home and walked up to the Taliban - not taken by force.

So wait, they weren't trying to kidnap soldiers prior to the prisoner swap?

What happens when they kidnap a non-deserter?

Who said that every terrorist in GITMO was picked up in Afghanistan or Iraq?

It is your perception Obama planned, recommended, and basically was instrumental in this exchange?

This seems to be something that happens across parties and across conflicts. Are you really saying that Obama was the first person to do a exchange.

This one of those stupid things that would of happened regardless of Obama or Romney . . .and the people bitching about it would be Democrats (if Romney) or Republicans (if Obama).

sometimes you need to open your eyes and realize that the president you have doesn't really impact every decision.
