And you like Ann Coulter know nothing about sports in general.

Ann Coulter has her humorous moments, although I am not a fan.

I played soccer when I was 6 years old. By the time I turned 8, I was playing football and baseball. By age 12 I was playing basketball. I also took up golf at age 16.

Both soccer and golf are games, not a sport. Baseball, football, and basketball are sports.

Soccer players run for 90 minutes during a game, seems like you should classify baseball in with golf, not soccer. Popularity is one thing but there are tremendous athletes playing soccer.

Young kids would rather play lacrosse than stand around on a field for hours for 10 minutes of action, might as well play cricket.

That is your opinion. There is nothing about this based on fact. Show some empirical and researched evidence that soccer isn't a sport, then it might hold some water.

Athletes play sports, they do not play games. There are no "athletes" in soccer or golf. Like I said, soccer is for small children, women, and girly-men. It is not a real sport in any sense.

Sure, when you show me "some empirical and researched evidence that soccer is a sport," until then it is merely your uninformed opinion.

I agree. Calling soccer a "sport" is hyperbole of the highest order. Next they will be claiming Tiddlywinks or Hop-Scotch is a "sport."
