We'll see how tough you are when you get a few knots on your head from a nightstick. Perhaps a taser shock might get your attention as well.

Admit it, when a cop tells you to do something, you obey and take off the tough guy face.
Oh please, I've done it before and I'll do it again. Unlike some yellow bellied cowards out there, I happen to know my rights, and I will stand up for them. My favorite saying? "Am I free to go?" No, I will NOT "cooperate" because I am not afraid of them.

LOL! Says the guy who thinks you should cower in fear and forsake your rights... If you don't exercise your rights, YOU are the coward.

This is how a MAN handles a lowly thug, regardless if he has a badge or not. Only little girls dressed as men give up rights to obey because they are intimidated.

I drive through drunk driving checkpoints (illegal checkpoints) without answering questions or giving the punks with badges any information all the time, I don't even roll my window down for the revenue generating thugs. I get away with it because I am within my rights as an U.S. citizen.

Nice to know that you don't believe in freedom at all though....

This is another good example. He did say too much about the 40mph bit, but otherwise, he did exactly what should have been done. As stated, not all of us are cowards who cow tow to law enforcement.

Had this guy been pulled over by these cops for DUI several times in the past, I'm sure the outcome would have been different.
After all, as long at you don't cause an accident, DUI is a victimless crime, right?

No, it's not OK.
Look, I've had a run in with the law before and I've run into power hungry cops who I would have loved to punched in the face or seen them assigned to cleaning jail house toilets. There's good ones and bad ones.

But, when dealing with cops, I know that you catch more bees with honey than vinegar. You disarm them by cooperating and not being combative. If you haven't committed a crime, you have nothing to worry about. Yes, maybe your being inconvenienced but these guys are usually dealing with knuckleheads so you can understand they might have a chip on their shoulder sometimes.
If, on the other hand, you want to try and exercise your 'rights', well, you might get tuned up a little bit.

I wonder if Obama supporters feel schizo. They want a police state and yet rail when its turned against them. Or they complain about a police state and yet oppose the safeguards we have to prevent one, I.E. the Second Amendment.
Granted the few most vocal left wingers here on CD are shills sitting in a cubicle and are paid to try to push a view and don't necessarily believe what they post, but it still pertains to some casual posters.

Not legally or legitimately.

Unless you do not believe in the rights all Americans are suppose to have.... You know, the ones that exist expressly to prevent things like this from happening?

Even if you are CLEARLY resisting arrest, the cops have the authority to bring you in and charge you with resisting, then you go to court and defend yourself, then you MUST be convicted before ANY sentence is carried out. Nobody has ever been sentenced to death for resisting arrest.

It is SICK that you can stand up for these MURDERERS simply because they own a badge, this guy was NOT a threat to the cops at any point, have you watched the video? Everyday it becomes more common that cops kill unarmed men, and because of passive people like you and police unions, the most punishment they receive is a paid suspension... I.E. paid vacation.

If a thug mugger tries to take your money, and you resist, you can turn out dead... does that make it anything less than wrong?

Lol, look at your excuses to act like a coward. (And attempt to derail the conversation.)

You are still completely wrong. Even if somebody has committed a crime in the past, the cops have NO authority to find someone guilty of a crime, sentence them to death, and carry out the execution. Your comment was about people not having the stones to actually stand up to cops when they are within their rights, and people who ARE NOT cowards do it everyday, regardless of any prior convictions.

Regardless, he had been ARRESTED for selling cigarettes in the past, never CONVICTED for it. That means that he was found to be in the right in the past and the cops that arrested him were wrong.

You advocate people living like sheep, which just means you are comfortable in your shackles and can't see why other people who actually care about freedom are not.

Your viewpoint is still sickening. You think it is okay for cops to MURDER people if the have been ACCUSED of crimes in the past.
