Who asked what one has in common with the other? At least you got a small portion of it right.
Nice hijacking of a thread to build a bridge to nowhere between two things that have nothing in common!
Only in a progressives mind could such a leap be made.
And only a kool-aid drinking lemming from the right could notice that somebody answered a question with a totally unrelated bit of information, accuse them of having nothing in common, and then link "Progressives" with a "bridge to nowhere" and fail to see the irony in their own comments.
if the CDC head, is pointing fingers, to me, that show exactly how incompetent the CDC is....from the very beginning, they have been making blanket statements....and then changing them....openly...I mean seriously, you listen to them taking and you honestly have to shake your head.
It is possible that some people have a natural resistance (which is not really technically "immunity"). Individuals have been found who show evidence in blood tests of antibodies to Ebola with no history of any Ebola-like illness. It may be genetic. Genetic resistance to other infectious diseases, including HIV and Norovirus has been confirmed.
To get Ebola or HIV from a toilet seat you would have to be sharing the toilet cubicle with a sick victim.
There is nothing being overlooked. The people taking care of Ebola victims in Africa know how easy it is to get infected while removing the gear. It is not necessary to invoke any other reason being "over-looked."
Thanks for this. It goes to show that spread can be controlled without Level 4 containment facilities. It also suggests that we need an anthropological approach to control in Africa. Something must be done to get the local population on board with it. If we need to bribe the faith healers, do it.
See above. Some people still think you can get HIV from toilet seats.
Level 4 suits are not necessary. The doctor that treated patients at Emory says they did not always use them. Some people in contact for several hours preferred them just for comfort. Disposable gowns get hot even with air conditioning.
Considering how many healthcare workers have come down with Ebola (and more than half of those infected have died), I think level 4 suits may actually be necessary, especially if around projectile vomiting and changing diapers of people with diarrhea.
and still 100 times smarter than president dic( head!!!!
and more popular~~~
Neither of which you can validate.
Just curious, if he is so smart and popular, why didn't he win?
Mitt is the one that thinks it is great to build America by shipping jobs overseas.. He did it for thousands of them, that would have certainly saved us from a bad economy.
What you cant see is Susan Rice and Valerie Jarrett's head up his ass. That why the CDC Director sounds like that.
