Now you can think like lesbians, and know their state of mind? You have quite a gift. That's amazing!

The name of the shop is WW Bridal, no one would get the impression she only serves straight women.

Now you're just making stuff up. (Well not just now.)

Proof?

The bridal shop owner wasn't just turning away two lesbians, she was turning away a group of people because their beliefs that didn't match her beliefs. Do you think she would sell bridal dresses to any lesbians, or only deny the two who complained? It is wrong for a shop owner to refuse service to an entire group of people, and some municipalities have laws preventing this type of discrimination. This is about equal rights, not special rights.
There were no laws broken.

I support the right of the business owner.

It really does not have to be made public or known to others as it is literally nobody else’s business unless for some unfathomable reasons it is intentionally invoked.

When normal folks go to a store they don’t hint, infer or otherwise proclaim that “I’m straight” as part of the shopping experience. That it is implied or understood is beside the point, it just isn’t made an issue as it is unnecessary and irrelevant. The homosexual on the other hand finds some reason to have to announce or publically make aware their particular sexual proclivity. It is unnecessary unless they feel ashamed and embarrassed about being attracted to members of their same sex and require some form of validation and/or societal approval. When doing this be prepared for the unexpected reaction such as rejection, only don’t throw a hissy fit when you hear something that you do not like or want to hear – ya know, like normal folks do.

Don't quit your day job.

The lady doth protest too much.

Typical response, no surprise. Excuse your bigotry and calling one a bigot is not name calling, it is identifying. Same as a male chauvinist pig, not name calling, just identifying. And considering that you are anti gay, your words are nothing but hot air, nothing but a sirocco. Dust in the wind. That is all everyone that is anti gay with an agenda to defame and dehumanize homosexual people will be.

Entirely correct.

This is the crux of it - the shop owner does not have the right to discriminate, regardless of the reason. Shop owners have every right to think whatever they please - but turning away customers due to their sexual preferences is no different than turning them away because of their skin color or religion.

In the US, we consider part of the social contract to be for businesses to serve all customers who are able to pay and not causing undue difficulties. If the store owner's religious convictions preclude selling their wares to lesbians, they are free to find a line of business that does not conflict with their religion. It is not society's responsibility to change just to suit people who don't like the acceptance of homosexuality.

If the store owner in this case is so offended by the sexual preferences of these customers, they might as well also require proof of the virginity of every woman to whom they sell a white dress - that is just about as unreasonable as refusing to sell dresses to lesbians.

Who says that these lesbians are not normal folks? Perhaps their expectation is to be treated as if their sexual preference is not reason to discriminate against them. Of the dozen or so gay people I've known, none seemed to me to be anything other than "normal folks".

Hope the bridal shop closes and those bigots learn a lesson about acceptance.
