lol. Goes around comes around I suppose. Perhaps her parents weren't thrilled with having a lesbo as a "daughter" either. Be glad for science lady that you unnatural folk can even have kids created in a damn lab for you.
Well, she might have a case for a lawsuit, but I don't see why she would pursue it. After all, the child is her's. She's virtually neglecting her daughter. Get over it, and be a mother.
That's a good statement to pass along to the recipient class!
But why she is coming forth now as the daughter has grown to a certain age? She's basically making her case for distress from stigmatization in her community. A baby is shown to be biracial upon birth. Why didn't she sue then?
She's looking for money.
This should get interesting. To prevail in court, even if you prove negligence, you must show damages to receive an award. Claiming that your child, having black genes, deserves damages, is going to be a hard sell. A judge would have to determine that black genes are inferior to white genes.
Pretty scary proposition if you ask me and one that will never sell. We've come too far for that, any more. But then again, there is the Zimmerman circus, so one never knows.

The other side is if the judge says growing up black does not make ones life more difficult and deny the suit because being black has no inherit social disadvantages to being white.
I think a bigger part of the problem is that her children do not share the same bloodline which is why she probably wanted to continue with the same donor.

Do you not understand that she paid for semen and requested the semen of a white man to make a white child?
Pretty funny, not long ago the law wouldn't have allowed her and her gay lover to actually be in possession of a child, but now they are getting choosy.
You just can't make it up.
