It's not harmed with sex. A 16 year old having sex with his 16 year old girlfriend is fine. A 16 year old having sex with a teacher is not. It's not physical harm. It's the harm of being coerced into sex by an authority figure.
What you call coercion, the boy, many years on may very well call initiation.
It's definitely a double standard & its appalling.

We were not matched up in the maturity department....

This kid- even if he enjoyed it- is still a kid.
I agree that he's still a kid. Where I don't agree is that it automatically makes him a "victim" of "coercion."
An adult (age 21 or older) buying alcohol for a minor is a crime even though the minor drinking the booze doesn't consider him or herself to be a victim. Same case in the above situation. The kid may not consider himself to be a victim, but that doesn't mean there wasn't a crime committed. The tryst took place at the teacher's apartment. I doubt it was the student who video recorded the tryst. Most likely it was the teacher who hit record.
We all know the law was broken but simply don't consider a 16 yo kid who had a threesome with two hot 20-something teachers a victim of anything. Do you? Really? Lol

Due to their idiotic decision to give in to their desire, when these teachers are convicted, they will be forever enshrined in their state's sexual predator database as statutory rapists.
