SWAT were in negotiations with a man who had threatened his neighbors with a machete and a crossbow. He opened the door and let his little dog out. The dog trots and the yard and gets shot and killed by SWAT as he was a 'distraction'.

Beyond ridiculous. Police in general are out of control in this country. I'm sure the police initially said the dog charged them. Good thing more events are on video these days.

We need a Hands Up! movement across the nation. These kind of stories are happening in every community. The ranks of the cops today are filled with bullies, thugs and sociopaths.

I read an article online, it says that Police departments across the country now sport armored personnel carriers designed for use on a battlefield. Some have helicopters, tanks and Humvees. They carry military-grade weapons. Most of this equipment comes from the military itself.

Polices are more and more like combat soldiers. It is horrible.

These men should be ashamed calling themselves MEN.

No, man threatening neighbors with deadly weapons who let his dog out of the house killed his own little dog.

Yep, surplus military equipment is going to local police departments, so of course, they want to use all their new toys. We are witnessing the beginning of a police state in this country.

The dog was a THUG!!! The dog brought this on on itself by trotting out the residence. When are dogs going to take responsibility for their actions? Obviously the dog had bad parents (breeding).

Nj.com has a story right now that shows you which police departments bought what. Many bought surplus m16s and m14s.
