Besides his life, what more would you have him pay with? Curious how only one person said he rushed towards him. Understand the Grand Jury is a group of people that have been working with this defense attorney for years, coming down on the side of police every time.While I don't think a trial would come up with any different results, I do think they should have taken it to trial.
I suspect a drugged up/ full of adrenaline person of interest made some poor choices that lead to an unfortunate end. I don't think stealing cigars should have a death sentence.
