Who decides if a law is unjust? To go to the extreme...For example.. There are laws about having sex with a minor but say a 12yo girl looks like an 18 yo girl ...That is unjust not to have sex with that hot thang! Are you obligated to and is it unjust not to?

Having sex with a 12 year old is in no way equatable to arresting people for selling single cigarette's on the street corner.
What it has to do with it is as I said. It should have never happened in the first place. Tackling and choking someone over selling loose cigarette's on a street corner. Did you answer how you justify that?
I "justify" nothing. Whether it was suspicion of murder or selling cigs...when confronted by the police, you comply. That is especially important if you have a delicate constitution due to very poor health.

Yes then it would be declared unconstitutional. It has yet to be though.
