Sure... feel free to go up against a tank with your assault rifle
If the government wanted to, they could nuke you, without regard to your 200 gun collection.
I hate to destroy your child like view of the world, but right off I can think of a few armed populations that have staved off a superpower. Do Iraq, Vietnam and Afghanistan ring any bells?
Conversely there are more than a few examples of disarmed populations succumbing to their own governments.
Personally, it is still shocking that any civilized nation allows its people to buy military weaponry online, even with a background check... but for the intents of this thread, I'll admit you are right.
It gets even scarier than that, you can buy bayonets to attach to those guns so you can charge ahead once you run out of bullets and you can buy flashlights and scopes to attach to those guns so you can see your target better. I mean who needs a flashlight on their gun besides the cops when they do their no knock raid at 3am in the morning?
But probably the most scary thing of all you can buy replica prints of the bill of rights online shipped right to your door that hasn't had the 2nd amendment edited out.
The Iraqis and Afghans and Vietnamese didn't face the full US military.
Any domestic rebels will face the full force of the US military, up to and including being wiped off the face of the Earth with atomic weapons
How much of it did they face..a sixteenth, a tenth, a half, three quarters?
The US fedguv loves itself to much to drop nukes on itself.

The second amendment talks about the militia. A volunteer, WELL REGULATED force which trains, has ranks, and stores their weapons in an armory instead of carrying them into supermarkets.
In other words, the second amendment talks about the US armed forces, not any average joe.
They had supermarkets in the 1700's? And where was this depository (a.k.a armory)for guns you mention and that is mentioned no where else?
Well regulated= well equipped and proficient.
Typical anti gunner displaying lack of knowledge on the subject. At least this poster isn't a legislator about to vote on the subject. We all know some legislators equally as ignorant on the subject.
Why not?
There is a backround check and can only go through a FFL same as a shop.
The most vastly all are shipped to licensed shops, not the buyer.
Lmao. Shush now blues. No fun adding a little actual knowledge of a subject to someone intent on ignorance of the law as am excuse to rant. Amazing...ain't it? How little those who are pushing for "gun control" know of the existing laws.

There is nothing you can buy online, through an FFL that you can't walk into a gun store and buy.
If you think you can buy a machine gun online, you are further displaying your lack of knowledge.
