Yep just like the rest of the rights in those amendments are in place to establish rights for the elite and government not the average Joe.

Because this is European America and people are allowed to be as careless and destructive as they want to be... That's their "right" as an American....

Do a google search and find out how few people are killed by rifles each year compared to handguns.

Bill of rights only limits government.

The same effort is required to fire hunting rifles as an AR15. One bullet expelled for each pull of the trigger. You can't just pull the trigger once and multiple bullets are fired.
