You go to the Muslim leaders and you tell them if they don't bring every one of these to justice within a a few months the entire lot of them are expelled from the country. If they don't work diligently with police to prevent future attacks they are out. If they refuse to learn the language and assimilate into French culture they are out.
And then carry through brutally with the plan. No doubts, round them all up and transport them out of the country. It's survival.

there are plenty of non-muslim poor people who arent running around killing people.
Muhammad Atta was NOT POOR. most of the 9/11 attackers were not poor.
