For one thing I buy most of the land as soon as it is available.
Blacks would not want to live here.........(there is no jobs)........unless they were very rich.
I am the most liberal person in the area.

2) There are Blacks that want to live in rural areas, and have some isolation and open spaces. You think Blacks don't want to live in rural areas? Go to Mississippi, the Blackest state in the nation, also has the most rural Black population in the USA.

Judging an entire race based on the very worst of it, that it tantamount for having a disdain for Blacks. Enough with intellectual dishonesty.
My point is this. There is NO guarantee that where you live won't ever have Blacks living there. The only real way to guarantee that is to make a law stating that Blacks can't be there. And then that would be illegal, and it would not be admissible according to the courts.
I fully expect Oakland to be wrecked by the inhabitants.

When you corner an oppressed people sometimes the most likely result is for them to lash out. But Oakland won't be wrecked. The minority populace of Oakland has seen much worst from oppressors. If the city was to going to be wrecked; the 70s would have been a perfect time...
White Americans are slowly becoming the minority, there will be more race riots to come.
What non-sense. Asians have been a minority and mistreated in past. I don't see them rioting. In fat they have done what that good ole American saying; Pulled themselves up by their own boot straps. There is no race war in US ;just some thugs in the streets taking advantage as many times before.
