A poll of 1,000 random people aged 15+ doesn't say much.
A 45% approval rating -- in other words, a failing grade -- of Obama by these 1,000 people says even less.
And for the US News and Slanted Report...err, World Report to use a misleading headline like "Obama Administration Wins High Approval Ratings Worldwide says still less about the state of "journalism" in this country.

45% isn't exactly "HIGH".
High enough apparently. No other nation's administration polled higher.
What is going on with you lately? You're usually sharper than this, but the last two threads I've seen you start, you are really losing it.
Quote:
Gallup polled approximately 1,000 adults aged 15 or older in 135 countries or areas in the U.S., Germany and Russia and 136 countries or areas in the European Union and China. The study has a sampling error of plus or minus 2.5 percentage points.
A thousand people speaks for the entire world? And of those thousand, only 45% said they approved. How many of those who approved actually live in the US, having to live under this ridiculous administration?
A thousand people. Seriously.
There's 196 countries right now, (who knows what we'll have in a year from now), that's not even one person per country. There's over 7 billion people in this world.

This poll is a joke.
Ok....it's a joke.
Would 5000 people speak for the whole world? 50,000? What poll number would reflect the "whole world."
Oh yeah...I'm usually sharper than this, huh? Just state your opinion...you don't have to be patronizing.
It's Gallup. You know...the folks that make a lot of money doing this stuff. But hey...you know the science of polling better than THEY do.
Wow, You just sprayed "Truth" on the "Obama Haters" Nest. They will be swarming big time.
The funny part is, they have no "stingers" and just make "Buzzing" noises.
Their reaction is exactly why I posted it.
They all of a sudden know more about polls than Gallup. It's beautiful.
Whatever.
