It appears that the Clinton Foundation reported to the IRS that it received no financial contributions from foreign governments, when in fact tens of millions of dollars of such contributions were made.
Oops, right?
Well, now the Clintons are having the taxes for their foundation refiled. Also, let's not forget that a lot of personal expenses of Bill and Hillary are apparently bankrolled by this foundation.
No word on whether the IRS will audit the returns of the Clinton Foundation after these outrageous omissions. It may be difficult for the IRS to find the manpower, as they apparently have other priorities which they regard as far more important than a corrupt politician who is running for president evading taxes and submitting falsified returns.
Yet another "Phony scandal?" You decide.
I am not a Hillary fan.
The author of the book has been bankrolled by those funding Cruz. Next up will be a Jeb Bush tell all. Regardless of motives, where there's smoke there is fire.
Foreign corporations are not precluded from donating to US charities. IRS has rules for foreign donations, tax exempt vs ordinary and taxable income.
Nothing thus far indicates the Clinton's were personally enriched by any of these donations.
I am curious about " let's not forget that a lot of personal expenses of Bill and Hillary are apparently bankrolled by this foundation". Apparent to whom? What's the source?
The big question is if anyone can prove any donations to the Clinton foundation influenced Hillary's decisions while she was with the state department.
Does anyone believe those who donate the big bucks to political candidates don't expect something in return?
Soros? Bloomberg? Koch? Adelson?
AFAIK it's a classification issue with the donations - no claim that donations or income were not declared or that the Foundation is "evading taxes".
No claims that income was omitted - just misclassified. There was no "tax evasion".
As usual, you are patently wrong.

The charities' errors generally take the form of under-reporting or over-reporting, by millions of dollars, donations from foreign governments, or in other instances omitting to break out government donations entirely when reporting revenue, the charities confirmed to Reuters.

Anyone with any sense at all will know that they are not cheating. Why would they? We all know that they are gong to be under the microscope even more now than ever.

Read the rest - the income is there but not broken out and shown separately.

Just a bunch of whiners hoping something will stick to a wall because they are desperate and know that they don't really have any viable candidates and their messages are lies as well.

You're kidding right? Of course the Clintons would have zero reason to hide foreign donations through manipulation of Form 990 while she's Secretary of State. Right?! Like, who would think that they would have a reason to hide that stuff!

We're talking Clintons right? The people who think they can get away with anything and for the most part have. They absolutely do not care about scrutiny because their model says they can beat it. They know a supine and complicit media will not call them on it and they know that their brain dead leftist followers would defend them if they were barbecuing babies on the White House lawn at high noon.
