None of this is "according to me". Its all in the video, from the trial.
In the video she's then asked what she hears. She's asked can she hear someone say "What you doing around here" meaning someone was close enough to TM for her to hear this other person on TM's phone. That means he was close. She says "Yes sir". Meaning she heard another person who was so close to TM, that the other person could be heard on TM's phone.

It's cool, you just keep telling yourself that. There were marks on GZ from the "scuffle".

TM was in the wrong place at the wrong time, acted poorly when confronted by GZ, an over zealous "watchman" looking for confrontation.
With GZ's last few run-in's with the law, it shows the dude has issues.
