That would be like, oh, say Obomba winning the Nobel peace prize.

Bernie Sanders to Introduce*Bill*to Make College Tuition-Free - Bloomberg Politics
Oh, you want to "GIVE" the younger generation something they don't have to work for? At this age this will add tremendously to the "gimme, gimme/me,me,me twisted thinking we see so much in these generations of government freebees!

I do not believe there should even be "government loans" which put these kids in the mind set of easy come/easy go but when they get out into the real world they find out they are in huge debt and it will take years to pay off same.

It is the creation of "having to work for what you want" that gives good basic work habits and depth of appreciation along with the drive to accomplish something in life. That's what we need to promote...not this constant and foolish "government $'s from cradle to grave."

Not true. Join a trade. Go to tech school. HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc. Learn a skill that's in demand.

You don't.

Why the hell would he do that?

See above. If they don't get money from me, then I want every penny back that I ever paid the IRS, and I want them to stop asking me for more money every year, since they have no reason to need any money from me, according to you.
