But he was impeached. And for good reasons (lying under oath/perjury, witness tampering and obstruction of justice).

I skinned my knee pretty bad when they took the training wheels off my bike for the first time, too. Harry Reid fell off his stationary bike( allegedly) and now Kerry gets hurt on a bike. Even Hillary has a tough time walking. Just give them all motorized scooters.

So was Andrew Johnson. You do know that Impeachment does not mean removal from office, right?

If your are falsely charged with a crime, then an acquittal sets the record straight.

That isn't how impeachment works. A public official who has been impeached does not have the impeachment erased just because they were acquitted. Besides, the reasons for the acquittal were most likely political rather than based on evidence. We aren't talking about a jury trial and there are different rules for an impeachment trial. The acquittal does not mean that Clinton was falsely charged, not does it mean that he did not lie under oath.
