So what is it about that fabulous "free" EU health care that isn't up to his standards that he needs to be flown back to the US for a simple broken leg?
Great point. I guess it's not good enough for 'elites' like little Johnny.
Kerry's salary is paid by the taxpayer -- it's really that simple. He engaged in an activity that resulted in a crash that put his health at risk. While you may disagree -- perhaps you wish his accident was fatal -- it doesn't change the fact that now Kerry CANNOT DO THE JOB THE TAXPAYERS PAY HIM TO DO because he thought he needed to ride a bike.
Much like an athlete, our government officials should be specifically limited from engaging in certain activities (no, I'm not talking about Bathhouse Barry here....) that, if said activity went awry, would hinder their ability to do their job.
What if Kerry liked to ski, and smashed his likely-hollow skull into a rock and became comatose? He really isn't doing his job then, and is an unnecessary burden on the taxpayer on top of that. At 71, his "athletic" days are a distant memory in the rear-view mirror.
If Kerry wants to ride his bike, then he can retire immediately, stop taking a paycheck from the taxpayers, and go ride.
It appears that this was just a freak accident and that the Secretary of State didn't take that "curbing" thing a bit too literally. On the other hand, one might speculate if Obama sent him off with some stage encouragement, "Do a great job John, break a leg!"
This traitor deserves it. Wish him a long, long recovery. I have no love or respect for this traitor.
You call yourself a Christian?
How very Christ like of you.
