Too many White people don't want to be called anything else but "White." They have worked too hard for generations to keep their bloodlines white and they won't let you take that away from them. Only a White woman can give birth to White baby. A White woman can have a Black baby but a Black woman can’t have a White baby. Why do keep identifying what is classism and division of ethnic, cultural and religious, as 'white'. All races and cultures have classism. Anti-white and anti-European much? No one gets along worse than Jewish and Arab muslim and they are just as closely genetically related or more than the English and Irish. I am sorry, but if you are black, you are in the dominant culture.
How do I know this? Well, simple.
Ask any Asian persons in Asian countries. Ask them, Who are Americans? They will tell you white and black. They are not going to say anything else.

There is nothing to disagree. Everything I posted about racial identity is fact.
The idea of racial identity mostly comes from the slave trade and this idea of white supremacy.
Europeans in American choosing to call themselves white and force those racial labels on groups of people based on skin color was 100% based on white supremacy, racism, and anti-black hatred. This is the foundation of the white American identity.

Agreed and that is the point of this thread. Why don't we apply this to white people? Maybe because they feel they don't have to distinguished themselves or maybe they feel that they are the TRUE Americans.....

Taking a wild (but informed guess), most Americans are of mixed ancestry, especially after a very few generations, and many if not most of us are just plain old mutts.
I myself am part English, Spanish (from Spain) French, and yes, part black, as in African descent. My wife is Irish, English, and part Polish Jew. Imagine the composition of our children, one of whom married a woman who is part Mexican and part pat Scandinavian of some sort. When they have children, imagine that mess!

Those Africans had no concept as did no one else that skin color made them the same as people with the same skin color, that they were a unified group, a race.
