I guessed, your body was not your property and now is your property.

Since it was not your property, was it community property or state property?
So, community can use your body w/o your consent? or State?
Bow down, the state owns you.

With 10,000 people a day turning 65, states will increasingly embrace death with dignity options.

Just send them to Oakland, where Moonbeam was the mayor - and let 'em drive an ice cream truck. They can get their death wish AND make a gang banging slimeball happy, while saving lives.

Pills or injection are also less messy than a .45 for those who have to clean up.

What people don't understand is that all of our states do practice euthanasia now. But we do not even talk about it; because we don't want people to hear that we starve people to death. Once they put the feeding tubes in the elderly; many doctors have given up on the patient. Then, after so much time and discourse, the decision is made to pull the tubes (the patient is brain dead by their standards). Then slowly, over days, the patients die. Our medical establishment argues that the patient does not feel anything because there is no brain activity - but they are not in the patient's shoes.

All states should allow people to make this decision while they still have their marbles. I would not want a quick death for myself and loved ones. Why would I want to suffer any longer than possible or watch my loved ones suffer? Assisted suicide is the logical was to end any life. It is long overdue and I wish that my state gave us this option.

PS For those that want to make this an issue: Dying is not a Democrat, Republican, liberal, or conservative issue - we all die; no matter what hat you wear.

Not all of them. Only the ones that they deem unworthy. Want freedom to arm yourself to the hilt and take out a few college students, then you're safe. Want freedom to marry the person you love, make choices about your own medical health, or die with dignity... not so much.

yeah dream on, the government is the one who will write the laws and regulations for it.
