I've never tasted dog crap before, and I don't need to try some to know it tastes bad. What do you think dog crap tastes like?

Now can we drop the whole "did you serve?" line of questioning? It's distracting and not adding to the discussion.
I do not think that people who serve this country are dog crap eaters and I am not ashamed of my service.

I generally consider a gun nut a type of pro gun person and an anti-gun nut to be a type of anti-gun.

Good, me neither. Looks like military service doesn't matter to the discussion.

That's right, partner! Got to be quick on the draw 'round these parts!

Otherwise, the thugs who handle guns everyday will keep taking advantage of the weekend warriors!

Exactly!! That's the way the liberal mind thinks. I find it amazing.

As opposed to living where thugs still have guns and everybody else doesn't?
Or thugs are more well-trained than firearm enthusiasts?
Or the failed predictions of rampant "wild west shootouts" between licensed carriers?

Why can't these anti-gun sissies just follow their own advice about other things. if you don't want a gun don't get one. Leave the men alone.

I got to go with the thug on this one. Handling weapons since he could crawl and likely involved in countless shootouts and drive by shootings. Weekend warrior is still concentrating on "am I holding this just right" and "is my body in proper shooting position".

It's like the karate guys who get their butts kicks by seasoned street fighters.
