Thanks Obama. I'm sure this is somehow his fault. Probably goes into white schools and gives children candies laced with oxy.
Drug use is up in the last 7 years, obama is president.... his legacy now.
Releases felons into society, open southern border, policies attract more illegal aliens to place a heavy tax burdern on those who could least afford it, cities going bankrupt, drugs coming in to the country from broken southern border. the man who offered hope and change has delivered anything but hope and change as gangs kill to defend drug territories. Obama has a governor investigated for potentially knowing about two lane closures in a state where lane closures are a daily occurrence. A nine year old who attended his SOTU gets killed in his home town and nothing happens. Lane closures in NJ are more important than the rash of 9 years olds killed as colateral damage of the drug war waged unimpeded by the gangs.
The murder rate and related drug deaths are not on obama's agenda so in a legal sense that makes him not responsible for items not listed. You are right!

they are giving people opiates like candy and then once they can't get a prescription refilled they go to the cheapest thing that gives the same high. Heroin.

Then ask yourself where is the heroin coming from, Mexico. My question is where are the poppies coming from in order for the Mexican drug cartels ability to process them into heroin? Is it Mexico or perhaps its Afghanistan? I believe its Afghanistan. I hope that is not the case.
I recall a few years ago the US and Mexico came to an agreement pertaining to Mexican tractor trailers in which they will be allowed to cross our borders much more frequency with much less US regulations involved......see a pattern? I hope there isn't one.
