Got the story?
The family of LaVoy, says, different.
He was shot in the face.
It is not against the law to peacefully protest, while armed.
The Federal Government’s purpose in killing Lavoy Finicum, wasn’t to kill a man but rather to kill the idea that he represented.
He was on his way to share that very idea with the group gathered in John Day, Oregon, and it is the idea I want to share with all of you.
The Federal Government has destroyed the constitution and chains with which it was once bound, and the time is coming for the people to step up as the jealous guardians of our God-given rights guaranteed by the constitution.
I firmly believe that the time is coming when this idea will come to fruition. The government is afraid of such an idea, and they should be. It is a powerful idea. It is an idea that the Federal Government does not want the American people to believe in. It is an idea worth killing over according to the government, and it is the idea we should all be talking about.
Peaceful protest does not include threatening that if anyone tries to remove you you will kill them.
Peaceful protest does not include threatening locals and slashing the sheriffs wifes tires.
Peaceful protest does not include calling in more armed people telling them to come "get you some" and "kill any LEO that tries to stop you".

No kidding.
I've participated in my share of peaceful protests.
We marched, and accepted the consequences. No gun waving.
It is amazing that the criminals, set up an ambush point, of free individuals, that have done nothing but use there 1st amendment to protest. No guns have been drawn or pointed at anyone. Only the government have been violent.
People who attended the funeral--supporters of LaVoy and the fake patriots--reported that he was dressed in traditional Mormon burial clothes. Not a single account of the funeral mentions him being shot in the face. There would have been no open casket if that had been true.
Where is the family's autopsy report? Why are they keeping that a secret?

All this violence, when no protester pointed a gun at anyone, but the government sure did.... To unarmed people, with no weapon pointed at them.....
Words.....
What is going to happen at the ambush point when 2000 + armed protesters ride up on horseback and walk up on them, or pass them calmly.
The call to arms, as been made by the governments actions.....
Just think if every Ferguson protester were armed and peaceful.
The difference is, the Ferguson protest was not peaceful. There was aggression, with the weapons they had.
Ethical questions surround Bundy's legal team. Seems they solicited the Bundy's business weeks before they were arrested. That's a no-no.
They also gave the fake patriot leaders advice about how to break the law without endangering themselves, advising them to assign any tasks, such as breaking into computers and driving federally owned vehicles, to younger and/or newer members of the group and not the core leadership, so they would take the fall for those crimes.
"Law professor John Strait said that if a lawyer advised the Bundys on “how to break the law,” that would be an ethical violation. If the lawyer counsels what is or isn’t against the law, that’s their job,” Strait said. “But the lawyer can’t help by saying, ‘Here’s how you commit the crimes smarter.’"

Cliven Bundy said LaVoy Finicum was "Sacrificed for a Good Purpose." Is this the idea you shared above? Do you think Mr. Finicum sacrificed his life for this idea?
More people have been made aware of the Sovereign Citizen movement through the Bundy family's debacle in Oregon. Personally, I don't think there are many who are impressed with the ideas or the methods used.
What will happen when, as you say, "the time is coming when this idea will come to fruition"? Will there be a formal declaration of War against the United States of America? Will there be random violent occupations throughout the Country?
