OMG random people tweet crap about Scalia and all of a sudden that translates to a 'reaction from the left' really?

If the forum had fact checking, no liberal would ever be able to post anything.

Counted among the truly pure by whom? By progressives ? Non-progressives with strong opinions aren't going to care where they rank among progressives.

Is a good enough statement for me.

And if you don't believe that, count the # of spammy ads with blatantly wrong statistics and statements on Breitbart or Fox and compare it to the # on Huff Post or Slate

Lefties??

Any people who celebrate the death of any person, aren't doing it as Democrats. The people you are quoting are forum posters. I read a lot more vicious comments from Republicans when Ted Kennedy died.

All I've heard today is praise about Justice Scalia from Democrats like our President, Hillary Clinton and Bernie Sanders.

Sanders: "A brilliant, colorful member of the court."

Clinton: "I did not hold Justice Scalia's views, but he was a dedicated public servant who brought energy and passion to the bench."

Obama: "He was one of the towering legal figures of our time."
"A brilliant legal mind with an energetic style, an incisive wit and colorful opinions, he influenced a generation of judges, lawyers and students, and profoundly shaped the legal landscape."

What about the word "consent" confuses you?

I do believe most of the worshipers couldn't detect bad taste if it landed in their mouths.

The Republicans were the first to politicize it.

Cruz even mentioned it in tonight's debate.

Depends on one's point of view. Those who have an opposing view might think people with your point of view never put the country first. Having the particular opinion you do doesn't make that opinion correct.
