No, it is okay for transgender women to be transgender women. A man sexually assaulting a woman is not transgender even if they say they are a "woman" because it is also illegal for a woman to sexually assault a woman. Did you know that?
Sexual predators have always had easy access to the woman's restroom because there aren't guards outside of every bathroom and locker room. Anyone can just walk in. If someone walks in to sexually assault you, they aren't going to waste their time telling you they are a woman. Which again, it is also illegal for a woman to sexually assault another woman.

It doesn't add more danger, a sexual predator is a sexual predator regardless of genitalia and banning transgender women from using the restroom doesn't change this. Before these silly feel good laws like in North Carolina, a transgender woman could simply walk into a restroom or locker room and use the facilities if she wanted. A real transgender woman isn't going to be walking around exposing her genitalia to others.
A sexual predator is going to be a sexual predator regardless if they are a man or woman. Banning transgender women from the restroom only makes the transgender women into victims.

But unlike you, I don't want to victimize transgender women either, it is wrong for transgender women to be beaten, raped, and killed. Something you clearly find acceptable. So how many transgender women need to be beaten, raped, and/or killed before you say it is enough? Why won't you answer that question????
A man claiming to be a female who makes others feel uncomfortable can still be evicted from restrooms/changing rooms/ etc because the same rule applies to women. A woman who is making others feel uncomfortable by staring at other women or trying to sexually assault other women is also wrong and ground for evicting them from the facilities or pressing charges.
It is illegal for a woman to sexually assault another women, it is illegal for a woman to peep and stare at other women while they are changing. I bet you would get some dirty remarks and be asked to leave if you went into a women's locker room and just stared at other women changing. Even worse, you would be arrested if you were in a women's locker room masturbating to other women changing.
So nothing has changed, a man claiming to be a women can still be evicted or arrested for all of those things because a woman can also be evicted or arrested for doing those same things....apparently this is a concept you will probably never understand, but I keep explaining it to you in the hopes that one day you will understand.

No one is doing that, transgender women will continue to use those facilities as they should because they shouldn't be forced to use the men's bathrooms and locker rooms where they face the possibility of becoming a victim.

So there is a formality to be observed. And you don't simply say you're "transgender". It has to be a formal notification of the school administration.
That would require the student or parent or guardian to have some standing to notify the school. Old Tom the pervert passing by will not qualify.
