We seem to lack basic understanding. It is still against the law for a male to access some female facility for voyeuristic, assault or other illegal purpose. Nothing has changed. And it is illegal whether dressed as a man or a woman.
So... What's the procedure now for keeping male sexual predators OUT of schools' girls' multiple occupancy restroom/changing/locker/shower room facilities?
You are still dodging the question. Let me answer it for you, it is still illegal. If a woman assaults another woman, that is illegal. If the woman assaulting the other woman has a penis, it is still illegal. Do you understand this?

One does not have to "prove" anything. But one must have proper standing to claim it. Note in the vast major of cases gender is not proven but is accepted as claimed. The actual test for gender is done only in rare cases. Read up on the Indian female track star.

We are not dealing with the class of "All sexual predators". We are dealing with the class that would invade a women's facility. That may well not be the same as the "All" class.
