Marcel Lazăr Lehel, known as Guccifer, is a Romainian hacker. Russia gained access to his computer while he was trying to hack Russian computers...

You can bet whatever you want.

The FBI did an exhaustive investigation, and was unable to find ANY evidence that the Clinton server was actually breached. They may believe that it was breached, like you, but they haven't found any evidence. In the meantime, we have numerous incidents of actual government servers being breached. Data has actually been leaked.

And yesterday, Trump was calling on Russia to do more hacking. I would hope that Trump supporters would not approve of that at all. But it seems that some do.

Fact is, any script kiddie with Kali Linux, or anyone who can code their own scripts could have had full access to everything on Hillary's "private" server.
This is a fairy tale. Fact is? Fact isn't.

Yeah a big wig that wanted to expose Bernie as a dirty, atheist Jew, to her Baptist "peeps" is no big deal, eh? Go ahead and try and goose step around it.

Independent computer security firm determined that Lehel is not Romanian and is in the Russian government.

Whether he did so out of a commitment to a higher morality or not, if you break certain obligations to the United States government you are breaking the law, and such criminal behavior has repercussions.

And Obama didn't want Snowden dead. What tripe!

His obligation is to me . Yeah, yeah, I know all the dirt bags in DC like to jail whistle blowers.

FDR is know for " A day that will live in infamy"
JFK is known for "Ask what you can do for your country"
Obama is best know for jailing whistle blowers.

Fairy tale? Any child with some coding experience and networking could have hacked Hillary's server. Whether you understand this or not is not relevant. The fact is that her server was hacked or the emails would not be being "released" by others.

Anything connected to the internet is completely vulnerable to those who know how to exploit networks and people. Point and click people have no concept of digital transmission and how networking operates. A truly "secure" system that connects to the internet will NEVER exist. EVERY "security" measure can be exploited.

Comey was very clear in that they could not prove or disprove whether the many servers over many years were hacked or not. They most likely were hacked and you know it. Just observe the actions of her lawyers who scrubbed the servers, they did double duty on their own devices.

To flesh-out what Comey said:

"But, given the nature of the system and of the actors potentially involved, we assess that we would be unlikely to see such direct evidence. We do assess that hostile actors gained access to the private commercial e-mail accounts of people with whom Secretary Clinton was in regular contact from her personal account. We also assess that Secretary Clinton’s use of a personal e-mail domain was both known by a large number of people and readily apparent. She also used her personal e-mail extensively while outside the United States, including sending and receiving work-related e-mails in the territory of sophisticated adversaries. Given that combination of factors, we assess it is possible that hostile actors gained access to Secretary Clinton’s personal e-mail account."

I'm guessing that you and her campaign headquarters are already working on excuses for when emails from her computers are released. The three I'll like most are: 1. cyberspying is so sophisticated, the hackers would have breached any secure system she used; 2. the information should have been public to begin with, and; 3. the hackers are, bad, bad people, and Clinton is a victim.

That some firm traced the attack to an ip address means absolutely nothing. A series of proxies can make a true source ip impossible to detect. Good proxies don't even record originating ip addresses... Furthermore the supposed ip source was "associated" with Russian "scams" not the Russian government. I will agree that there isn't even definitivel proof that Guccifer is necessarily the real hacker. As anyone who could access his network could have used it as a bot to disguise themselves as well. (This is another good way to keep your hacking "anonymous" and place "evidence" that someone else is doing the hacking.)

The fact is anyone is capable of hacking anyone's connected device with the proper knowledge of networking and the host operating system. Again, any kid with Kali Linux could have pulled this off. No need for the big bad Russians or even Guccifer. And if anyone has any emails, which they do, anyone else can also have them as well. There is no such thing as a truly secure device connected to the internet, period.
