I was referring to her husband, who is indeed a disbarred attorney. Let's see what title they give him should we be foolish enough to actually elect her.

Disbarred for five years. He could get his license back if he wanted.

I am aware of that however if and when he is elected president he will realize that building a wall along the entire southern border is not necessary. He sill see that the Secure Fence Act of the 700 mile wall will suffice.

Technically he was suspended, not disbarred. It is my understanding if you are disbarred you can't get your license back, if you are suspended you can.

He was officially disbarred from practicing in front of the United States Supreme Court in 2001.

He could attempt to get his license back to practice in Arkansas.

It appears Melania was working while on a tourist visa. That would be the reason to have to keep going back to her country to get her visa stamped. Working on a tourist visa is called being an illegal immigrant.

She entered the country legally on a visa. Her photo shoot is being considered work, for which she should have entered on a work visa. It's trivial.
I'm no Trump supporter, but I agree. It is trivial.

It makes Politico look bad for even going there.
