This is also the original flag of the US Marines. I've seen activists using it in protests - usually against some new law they deem unconstitutional.

What happened to this country?

If the pansies in the EEOC are "investigating" the Gadsden flag as "offensive", I certainly hope they are doing so with "Black Lives Matter" t-shirts and hats. A symbol of a bunch of ignorant racists that support terrorism TODAY is far more offensive than a historic flag.

Federal Agency Says Wearing Gadsden Flag Might Constitute Racial Harassment. Here’s Why. | Tribunist

Gadsden flag under EEOC microscope: Agency unclear if iconic 'Don't Tread on Me' design is racist - Washington Times

seems that an AA at a Federal job complained about a worker wearing it on a hat. Now it's being investigated for potential racism

since the "don't tread on me" flag was once considered by the Continental Congress to be the flag of the USA, I do not see how it can be considered racist.

He probably thinks the same about getting to know freedom hating statists.

What's ironic is that the investigating body is part and parcel of the fed govt. one of the most racist gangs in the history of the planet.

I've seen it a lot in New England as well. This is much a do about nothing - as usual.
