With Trump it is different. It is the rust bucketeers who think manufacturing jobs are coming back.

Yea, right. Who is going to buy US goods when Trump slaps a 45% tax on imports. No one, because other countries will slap similar tax on US goods.

In the alternate reality that exists in this thread, of course they will be lined up to buy everything that we sell and they will thank us for the opportunity, just like all the rural folks will write Trump thank you letters when the tariff on imported goods means they will shop at the goodwill rather than at Walmart.

There is no legal authority for the feds to deploy SWAT teams to Cities, law enforcement is a local function.
