I've heard tapes of him talking to Haberman ( he should learn how to spell her name). She's known as the trump whisperer. Will his supporters ever get tired of his lies? It's so easily proven that he knows her. I believe she was the one he called when they decided not to take a vote on the first health care bill.
One of the other lies that came out about him this week is that he told Comey he never spent the night in Moscow. Meanwhile there's a television interview with him the morning after the pageant while he was still in Moscow.
He doesn't even try anymore. And no one in the GOP cares.
That is exactly it. Trump feels bulletproof. He has told so many lies that were proven to be lies, he has done so many corrupt acts, and he has acted like an immature buffoon so many times, that he has gotten away with all of them. The dumber and more outrageous he is, the more his cult sucks it up, and the more the weak GOP looks the other way.
He could come out and say he has been in personal contact with Martians, and his flock would start staring at the sky.
The question is: is he demented and believes what he says now, or just lying to protect his base?

You can multiple those examples. But we know Trump calls stories "fake news" not beacuse they are not true (as they prove true as mentioned above), but becauase he is a snowflake and doesnt like them.

I saw one of the GOP weaklings the other day actually say he doesn’t believe DJT ever lies.
When you have as many lawsuits against you as Trump does, I would think you know the law, or have good lawyers to explain them to you.
Right now POTUS is a subject in an investigation(Russia), has lawsuits for illegal actions (public and private) and his personal attorney is going to jail.
He's lying up a storm now. Tweeting about how he doesn't have anything to do with a NYT's reporter that there a photos of him with, etc.
His followers don't seem to care and the rest are just disgusted and exhausted by it all.
