I know plenty of men who enjoy the pleasures of child pornography in the comfort of their own home. I am rather thrilled that they are virtually satisfying their urges rather than in real life. It doesn't hurt me or anyone else. Why should I care?

A person can inject themselves with as many hormones as they like and have their genitalia re-crafted by the finest, classically trained pee-pee molding play-doh artisans on the planet, but it cannot .. repeat....CANNOT change someone's sex from male to female, or vice versa. Humans with an X & Y chromosome are male, and humans with two X chromosomes are female. It's an immutable genetic fact. End of story.
Unlike the black and white world you wish to live in, the real world is full of multiple shades of a variety of colors. It is also full of people who ask why and strive for answers to their questions. There are minorities of humans born without your simple X,Y or X,X chromosomal makeup. A person's appearance (or rather, a flawed interpretation of their appearance based on nothing scientific at all) does not change a person's DNA or genetic material, which is the sole determining factor of sex and is unchanging. Looks, as the old saying goes, can be deceiving.
I am not sure what you are trying to say here.
You might want to look up androgen insensitivity syndrome. Those with the complete version are XY, Have testes, have a vagina, tend to have very well developed breasts, and have a female gender identity. There is no "flawed interpretation of their appearance."
I'm a live and let live kind of a guy who believes that some people's physiology is askew where their gender biology doesn't align with their brain chemistry while there are others that are just looney.
I can't imagine going through life where I feel my gender is wrong. That must be a very heavy burden. The last thing I want to do is make fun of such people or make their lives any more difficult than it already is.
I also believe some people are just so whacky that they will do anything to bring attention to themselves. I won't make a big deal out of it and give them the attention they are seeking. My guess is that this is a very small segment of the transgender world.
I just want people to be happy as long as they aren't hurting others. Seeing a transgender person or dealing with them professionally isn't going to hurt me. It might put me in the uncomfortable position of trying to explain it to my kids, but I'm going to have lots of awkward conversations with my kids.
He, (and I will call him he) obviously seems to feel like being a woman, but assuming you believe it's really a legitimate thing, what is the difference between someone who should be considered transgendered and someone that just has other issues?
If, say, a guy such as in the aforementioned video who does a few things to look for like a woman and says they are a woman but is CLEARLY of the male sex albeit with no hormone replacements or what have you say they are female should we just go along with it? Should they have to do everything possible converting one's sex before they should be calling them what they say they are, or somewhere inbetween?
I may get some flack for this, but as a woman I know I would never accept at least what that person above a woman, no matter how much he may view himself female.
If some emotional cripple in dire need of proper psychiatric care derives happiness by having his Jimmy Dean snipped so he can rename himself "Tugboat Annie" and hang out in sleazy bars down by the docks trying to get himself picked up by drunken sailors seeing quadruple, more power to him. But the instant he tries to step foot inside a public bathroom with my underage daughters, he/she/it will wish they had stayed at that truckstop gloryhole instead.
What are your feelings on lesbians using women's bathrooms and gay men using men's bathrooms? I can't understand why you'd be more worried about a gay man whose uninterested in females being near your daughter's.
Have you ever taken your daughters in the men's room when they were small and had to go potty?
Have any females here taken their sons in the ladies' room?
An adult parent, etc., is supervising the child in those instances. That doesn't happen in schools and THAT'S a problem. Why should the opposite anatomical gender be permitted to use multiple occupancy restrooms/changing/locker/shower rooms in our countries' schools? Some of those kids are as young as 5.
How about XYY?
Where should they go to the bathroom?
Simple, if they have a dangler the men's room, camel toe, women's room.
