Set up penal colonies. Not a bad idea. Round up illegal aliens and ship them off to penal colonies before they're deported.

What are you talking about? It is not about the US, it is about ancient Israel, and I said nothing about illegals. I said God ordered Moses to set up 'cities of refuge' in ancient Israel. In the end Moses didn't set them up, but Joshua did. They were set up for people to seek refuge from unjust judgement/punishment to avoid things like being stoned to death for murder, when the event was an accident, or killing in self defense. I never said it was about illegal immigrants. It was a historical example of an ancient sanctuary city, so cool your jets.
