I just heard that Putin was defending his man-child against our press today.
I wonder how many conservatives actually believe that our media is a worst threat than Russian nukes. Conservatives always surprise me, I never thought they would have come up with a more buffoonish President than Numnuts...
The media undoubtedly had much much more influence on the election in Hillary's favor than Russia could have ever had in Trump's. It was a complete media blitz after Trump denounced them in the summer of 2015. They did EVERYTHING within their power to try and stop him, and history will remember that.

If by, "They did EVERYTHING" you mean reporting on his pettiness, bigotry, racism and sexism, then yes I agree. But if you believe they should have ignored all that, then you have no idea why everyone but right-wing nutjobs (& Putin), values our press.
This. Trump received nearly 100% negative coverage across almost all news network for an entire year (and even longer). He has every right to resent the press. The media acts like they can just reset all that and the next day they are back to fair/balanced coverage.
Please, most of what the press reported was what he stated or tweeted. Kind of tough to ignore some of the things that came out of his mouth, maybe you have specific examples of unfairness.
Regardless, moving the location for press conferences will solve that perceived problem, how so?

a) He's a minority prez, losing the vote by nearly 3 million
b) So far, he's managed to alienate an ever greater portion of the public
c) He's cultivated powerful enemies within his own party and has no friends across the aisle
d) He enters office with the lowest recorded approval
d) He's being extremely shady with hiding his taxes and finances. If he wants to function as prez, he needs to divest and he won't. He's in for a rough ride and will need some way to build support.

You seem to forget the things like giving Questions to Hillary's Camp before the Town Halls and Debates, or the Questions they asked to catch Trump in a "Gotcha" moment to discredit him. You also seem to have a problem with the truth, saying everyone but the "Right" likes the Press, which is a total lie. The Polls came out Yesterday and Today, that over 70% of Americans have a LOW opinion of the Press, and CNN is the winner of that low spot. Don't post "FAKE News.
If Putin was responsible for the Hack at the DNC, I would thank him for it. Whoever did it, exposed just how crooked the DNC and the Hillary machine was, even to Bernie Sanders whom they called a "Doofus" and worked against him too. They gave us the knowledge in Truth, so we could all be informed Voters.
You folks need to worry more about your own Party, which is a wreck and totally dysfunctional, with no Leadership, no clear goal, and no direction. He is doing it exactly right. Trump does not need the Press. They need him. He got this far with them against him, so why does he need them now? Now is the time to really pissthem off, since New Polls say that over 70% of the Public have a low opinion of them. With those approval Numbers, Trump can kick them around like tin cans, and his supporters will cheer him on, as they are doing now, and the rest of the Public will say that they deserve it. .
Do you even look up anything or pay attention to anything before you start making claims as fact? Look how many Events Trump had, with the Press there, compared to what Hillary had. She hid from the Press affraid she would have to answer questions, and may slip up and say something incriminating or Stupid like calling half the Nation Deplorables. Trump had rallies where the press was penned into what amounted to a cage, not allowed to ask him questions, etc. He had few press conferences and waited 167 days after being elected to talk to the press.
I'm not spreading anything fake. Just because you don't like it doesn't mean its fake. Just because you don't understand the ramifications of actions doesn't make news of those actions fake.
