I was in Chicago for the march today. They were expecting 50,000. They got 250,000. A quarter of a million women, men and children of all ages and colors. It was a literal sea of people. All across the world turnout exceeded expectations by huge margins. It was peaceful and unifying and the energy of the crowd was amazing.

Sorry, Mr. Trump, but the pictures do not lie. More people turned out in Washington alone today than were there for you yesterday. And when you add up the numbers across the country, it dwarfs the pitiful turnout to see you inaugurated. We're here and we're not going away. Deal with it.

Talk is cheap. And trumps words re; unity are empty. And many more words that come out that "mans" mouth have nothing to do with unity.

You are correct.

The KKK and the Neo-Nazi movement rejoiced when Trump was elected.

If that much, the funny thing is nationalism and populism and right wing parties are sweeping all over the west. I guarantee you if you took a unbiased poll most americans would highly dislike madonna and all these celebrities and far left / men hating feminists and these marches before Trump is really even in office!

Feminists , Black lives matters/ anti white radicals and riots, islamic terrorism and multiculturalism , globalist open border types etc are what gave the presidency to Trump and absolutely destroyed the democratic party nation wide

This is quote of what these groups and marches like today have brought the republican party

"1-The Presidency

2-The Senate

3-The House

4-Majority of Governorships

5-Majority of State Legislatures

6-At least a generation of a conservative SCOTUS "

These far left idiots have made the republican party the strongest its been in its entire history and left the democrats decimated but they still can't see it.

I'm a left-winger myself, but all this preemptive outrage makes no sense to me.
If you don't understand what this is about, you are not a left-winger.

This election was not won "fair and square." Russian interference, Comey and the FBI dancing to Giuliani's tune, Trump's constant lying about Clinton... none of this was "fair and square."

What are you complaining about? Trump has been given his chance. Started at noon on Friday. He gave a speech right out of Hunger games, insulted the people standing around him, gutted the ACA, and then wandered over to the CIA and gave a rambling speech filled with "misinformation."

Tomorrow's another day.

Trump enters office with the lowest rating of any president in modern times. Few turned out to see him inaugurated. And today, literally millions of Americans took to the streets in protest of the new occupant of the White House. This, my friend, is what the beginning of a movement looks like.

There you go again. Telling us what 10s of millions who you have never met, never talked to, never dealt with or even never seen, are thinking.

If these women wanted Hillary, they should have gone out and voted. But their real numbers vs the vast majority of the USA is very very small.

While they are marching, Millions of women are being denied equal pay, having their health care reduced or eliminated, being told they have to have a child even if raped, being beat at the hands of their spouses, etc.

But you are not mentioning that.

As we speak Melania is probably sitting on a Gold Plated Toilet. She's not bragging about it either.

Point is - what does it matter what other women are doing? MILLION of normal decent women (I saw all generations including dads/moms/infants) decided to travel hundreds or thousands of miles and protest what they see as a threat to a decent world and society.

And, given the words that have come out of the mouth of Donald Trump, it's hard to imagine these women should have any respect for him - as a Man, Human Being or Leader.

Fortunately, that is their right.

So the 3 million additional votes for the losing candidate means that women didn't vote?

No doubt the USA has a problem with low turnout. This is true in ALL elections. But the popular vote was not even close.

So what exactly is it you want Trump to deal with?

What exactly is it you want?

I suggest that Trump seriously consider removing all police forces from all major cities where such rallies are being held, for as long as they are being held. Police yourself. You may think you are among friends .. but just wait .. violence will happen when one force gets wilder than another - and it will feed on itself. I suggest you don't take your kids to many of these rallies.
