There is if the media's own self appointed purpose is to attack his decisions about EPA instead of responsibly reporting his decisions to the public.
It wouldn't make any difference. The right wing has already decided that The New York Times, The Washington Post, The Chicago Tribune, and any of the other long-time venerable news sources that report news they don't want to hear are "fake" news sources. Trump's evisceration of the EPA has nothing to do with administrative issues, but is entirely about satisfying the multinational energy companies who want access to our public lands and resources. If you loved your country, you would be outraged.
By attempting a clamp-down, Trump just opened up the floodgates.
No official who attempts to restrict information succeeds; once people thing something is trying to be hidden, they go looking for it, and Washington is one big sieve of information. Everything gets leaked.
The freedom of the press is one of our most entrenched traditions. No 13-year old adolescent- in- charge will ever overcome that institution, no matter how many tantrums he throws.
Listing their past jobs and/or lying about their policy positions doesn't explain how any of them have present conflicts of interest. You'll need to be more specific.

The executive director for the advocacy group Public Employees for Environmental Responsibility, Jeff Ruch, said the orders go beyond what has occurred in prior presidential transitions.
"We're watching the dark cloud of Mordor extend over federal service," Ruch said Tuesday, referring to the evil kingdom in the epic fantasy, The Lord of the Rings.
<sigh>
This is because some of these agencies have been used for purposes of spreading propaganda, and views that do not comport with the views and policies of the current administration. This will continue until they get their people in place.
Do you not think that the Obama administration was using these agencies to promote his agenda?
Good, may the EPA die in a fiery hole. May the entire department fade away into the uselessness that it was created to serve. May the progressives throw tantrums and have cry sessions everywhere.
To hell with the EPA!!!
We can only hope. This agency, under Obama, has been known to tell a land owner that he could not build a pond on his property. It has declared some farmers fields as "wetlands" and prohibited them from utilizing the land as they see fit. There are numerous instances of this kind of abuse of power in recent years, especially coming from the EPA.
It's the boss leading from the front. Get used to it.
Well, at least it's good to know the Trump lemmings are out in the open about Big Government, Big Brother nanny state authoritarianism.
