Mateen was actually listed on two federal watch lists: the Terrorist Identities Datamart Environment (classified), and the Terrorist Screening Database. The background check that was run when he bought the weapon used in the nightclub massacre would have caught Mateen, but for reasons that have never been explained, the Obama Admin removed his name in 2014.

The only reason progressive liberals are suddenly concerned with freedom of religion is because it isn't Christianity. Other than that they usually insult people for believing in a so called made up "sky god". They are quick to point out that not all Muslims are terrorists but also quick to lump all Christians together.

The fact remains, whatever Trump said during the campaign is irrelevant, the order applies to everyone equally, so it is constitutional.
This is a Federal Court ruling, they seem to have some doubts about his XO or it would not have gone this far, not just one judge but several. I don't recall Obama questioning any judges qualifications when they ruled against his XO's and the ACA, this is personal. Trump's statements during the campaign and putting together a team to legally exclude Muslims is most certainly relevant.

Progressive liberals have always been concerned with our First Amendment freedoms.
It's a four-month ban on people who have literally never even been to America, and it's completely constitutional. Good grief. What do these "refugees" have that democrats want so badly? Drugs? Good sex? What is it? [another voter block to brainwash and exploit]. Most of the people raising the most fuss are literally the least impacted.
Liberals only want the freedom of speech for speeches that they agree with.
