Healthcare is nothing more than taking 20% of the US economy and controlling it via the government..
If there was cure for any illness, someone would squash it because its not profitable.

First let me say Trumpcare is awful. I hate everything about this administration.
That said, there are people that work the system. My girlfriend's husband didn't want to get a job. She wouldn't get a job, so they ended up on Medicaid. I was truly appalled that a family who had too able body parents that just didn't want to work were taking money from the government. It happens all the time.
I don't know what the answer is, but there are plenty of people who game the system.
Get pregnant, get WIC/SNAP (food etc moneys). Government pays for birth and anything for Baby for specific amount of time. Women doesnt get married, but "rents" room from Baby Daddy, who is living in his Mommas house.. So, they get welfare, medicare, snap/wic etc etc. Its a lucrative business when you dont pay rent, food, car, insurance etc etc cause you are living in Babby Daddys Mommas house, and get bennies from the system, and then earned income tax credit at the end of the year..

We were talking about medicaid, I have no desire to turn this into some kind of indictment of the entire welfare system.
I don't vilify the rich, I just read this stuff because it amuses me how many people put on their blinders for whatever reason and spend countless hours on these forums trying to justify everything dear leader says, it's much better theater than anything on TV right now

I know a youngish guy, early 40 who after a failed internet business refused to apply for any job. Yet his able body is working in the soup kitchen. He graduated with an engineering degree from UCLA. Go figure.
