We are talking about the bomb that was just dropped and that as far as anyone knows did not hit a hospital.Have they been hit in the past as your link(2016) and the other link(2015) point out yes by many different countries.Again we are talking about the bomb dropped the other day.
I just gave you the answer in the previous post. The AP newswire covered both bombings on the same hospital, and was reiterated in most newspapers. The US is claiming that Syria didn't hit the hospital because they invented a story without it. They followed with photos of craters that are clearly the result of mortar shells, not airstrikes.
Why is everyone - especially the news - raving about this being the biggest bomb. It was a bomb. It kills people and destroys sh*t. Whether or not the bomb was justified has nothing to do with it's size. In theory a b52 could have dropped as much tonnage in a lot of smaller bombs. I wonder if there would have been so much blather about that?
I see a lack of initiative from our bomb industry, how much harder could it be to build a 25,000 lb bomb, or even a 50,000 lb bomb?
The biggest problem with that is the delivery of said bomb. Even the MOAB needed a C-130 cargo plane to get it to the target.
Besides, if you get much bigger, you start encroaching on the territory of small tactical nuclear weapons.
In this case, it makes me think that political correctness does matter. What if there was a nuclear weapon that had the same yield as this MOAB, and it had been used instead. How much louder would the outcry be?

I think something like this has a larger effect on the tunnel system a "Bunker Buster" as they are called .
There was no MOAB dropped today in 2017 in Afghanistan.
This has to be fake news. All the news media are showing a 2003 video from a test in Eglin Air Force Base.
Someone on the ground had to be filming this event. I want to see the video with sound.
