And you are assuming ALL 14 million are pulling 10 K each -- impossible....We saw that one guy has his own business -- not only is he and his family not pulling 10 K from the govt....he's employing people, paying taxes on his business, etc.
It's all mumbo jumbo and guestimates -- there are no hard facts.
I know from my experience many of the undocumented workers draw NOTHING. They are afraid to even apply for the subsidized meals for their kids at schools in some areas.

We've seen so many cases where the undocumented aren't on any subsidies, pay taxes, have businesses.
If they go to school they are pulling $10k each. And if they take special classes, even more.
As to them paying taxes, you are living in a dream world. They pay sales tax, and that is it. Who's social security number did they steal in order to get the privilege of paying income tax?

That's not what I'm saying. I'm strictly talking about the illegal children's education that we are forced to pay for. The benefits that I was referring to are food stamps and government subsidized housing that the illegal parents get as a result of their anchor babies.
And some states even give illegals money toward college via in state tuition. We are paying for that as well. How the hell is someone a state resident, but not a US resident? It makes absolutely no sense.

I'm opposed to illegal immigration. But I don't see the wall as the solution. Just another government boondoggle.
It is and should be a part of the solution. The good walls on the border have already proven to work and are cost effective. Even when proof is provided you and yours still call it a government boondoggle. Why not just remove all of the walls/fences on our southern border then if they aren't deterring illegal aliens?

You are woefully informed about illegal immigrants. Countless illegal immigrants are working ad paying taxes with fake social security numbers.
And the person that called him out, realized his error and apologized for it.
You people are very bad at math. That comes out to roughly $10K per illegal per year. Nothing unbelievable about that. It costs at least that much to educate one of their children per year. And that doesn't include ER visits, and all the other freebies that illegal parents of legal children get.
Public schooling and ER care, police and fire protection, those are the public benefits that undocumented immigrants receive and they are hardly "freebies" as they "paid an estimated $10.6 billion to state and local taxes in 2010, according to the Institute on Taxation and Economic Policy (ITEP)"
This doesn't even take into account the property taxes they pay either as homeowners of tenants.

Undocumented immigrants do not qualify for welfare, food stamps, Medicaid, and most other public benefits.
