Nanny states are perpetuating drug epidemics and are not effective at curbing,
OR stopping it. Just preventing deaths from overdoses. To me, if I were a junkie, that would be great news to me. Means I can shoot up a hot mix and know a police officer can't arrest me but has to give me narcan

Background check yes and drug testing after an accident yes (for workers comp.) but never to actually get the job.

Not if it goes against State Laws or the will of the People. And speaking of Sessions, shouldn't he be slated for removal along with the other civil war monuments?
