Dan Coats did state during his confirmation hearing that Russia definitely did try to influence the campaign.

A National Security Adviser's assessment would be accepted as evidence in a court of law.

You are the one full of...well, bs.

You don't know what you're talking about. But your desperate hyperbole tells us all how little you have to defend your argument.

That means absolutely nothing by itself, how does it involve Trump?. Obama tried to influence a couple of campaigns in other countries.

I know little of law and even I know that contemporaneous notes are indeed "evidence" . The jury might weigh it lightly or heavily but it would be evidence nonetheless.

Comey's notes will likely matter a lot, despite you wishing it were otherwise..

It supports my earlier remark, that the consensus among intelligence agencies and experts was that the Russians tried to influence the Presidential campaign. The investigation of Trump's campaign is to determine if the Russians attempt involved any collusion with the Trump campaign.

Shhhh. The Trump apologists and supporters are still in denial about Watergate, insisting it never happened and Nixon actually served out his entire 2nd terms. Fake News!

Rule 702 genius. Look it up. His word is not taken in place of evidence, it can only be used as a opinion of support if it properly aids the evidence.

In your case, the evidence does not exist, he can't simply walk in and claim "/derp /derp appeal to my authority, because I claim they did! /derp /derp"

You have no clue of what you are talking about, more comments from the peanut gallery.

Will likely?

You have a lot of likely, a lot of allegations, but no evidence.

Sure, we can wait and see, but to come to any conclusions (as all of you have) is just pure garbage.
