Pennsylvania may have a Democrat governor but the Republicans overwhelmingly hold both chambers of the legislature.
The reason why Donald Trump is president is because Hillary, being about as politically astute as you are, took no notice of these political realities and still thought she had those states in the bag.

When people claim Trump was not elected legitimately and Russia put him into office, it's tough to not mention you know who and the real reasons she bit the dust.
Absolutely mind blowing to me that not only did Putin personally direct this operation, but that Republicans are perfectly ok with it.
This was without a doubt a Russian coup of the U.S.
Putin is not a dummy.
He would be the best political prognosticator if he predicted a trump win.
All bets were trump would lose and if you could believe the media, hillary would win by a huge margin.
Putin also believed hillary would win. All his efforts were to weaken her administration.
Can you imagine Putin's joy when Dems went apoplectic overe their loss and began to attack trump. Putin did a *** when he saw his failed plans to discredit hillary's administration become a nuclear strike to divide America in ways he could never accomplish.
Of course, the Trumpees will yell fake news, but anyone with a shred of intelligence knows that Russia DID play some games during the election. It is also pretty apparent that they did it because:
1) The internet and computers are their new weapon of choice. They are getting very good at it, and are doing it to others, besides America.
2) They also wanted to discredit Hillary. They knew she would continue Obamas' stance on sanctions and would be tough on them, so they wanted her gone.
3) They had some reasons for wanting Trump personally in there. Whether it was without the help of Trump or not, that is to be determined yet, but they WANTED HIM IN THERE. Perhaps they felt that , since he had verbally idolized Putin, that he would be kind to them, or, maybe they thought they could manipulate him because of evidence they had against him.
That is what these investigations will determine, but make no mistake about it, they DID involve themselves into our process.

We can recognize Hillary's flaws, while still knowing Russia put Trump in power.
Russian interference, to the extent it actually happened, occurred on Obama's watch. I guess he f'd up as President.
Under Tump, so far the only crimes we know of are those of bureaucrats who leaked classified information.
