I guess the ill health of 23 million Americans is of little concern to the GOP.

Since you care so much, how many of those 23 million people are you going to buy healthcare for out of your own paycheck?

You're right. Those people in rural America who voted overwhelmingly for Trump will get it in the shins with fewer handouts.

Marco Rubio: 23 Million Set to Lose Insurance Under AHCA "Small Percentage" of Population | Miami New Times

Give Marco Rubio this: His mathematics are sound. The U.S. population is about 321 million people, which means the 23 million human beings set to lose access to basic health insurance under the GOP's Obamacare repeal plan are, indeed, only about 7 percent of all Americans.

So — in terms of pure numbers — Rubio was right on when he defended the Republican plan by noting that just "a small percentage of the overall population" would be affected by his party's mad rush to dismantle Obama's health-care plan
What incredible nerve this dufus has. So, Marco, what percentage of the country are the elderly Cuban exiles, upon which Rubio and puppet Trump recently based the entire US-Cuban foreign policy? Like .00001%?

How about if we just cut welfare and instant refugee status to Cubans coming across the border, instead? This guy is unbelievable. Did he mention whether the Cuban refugees get instant free access to health care when they hit our beaches or come through the southern border?

"...The CBO estimated the feds would save $2.45 billion over 10 years recently arrived Cubans were no longer treated automatically as refugees deserving of food stamps and other aid. About $1.05 billion would be saved from 2017-21, and another $1.4 billion from 2022-27...

So can I ask how great your insurance is...you're co pay and how much you pay for prescriptions. You don't have to answer cause it's none of my business....just curious.

If you can't afford to purchase something, did you really choose not to buy it?

Do most of the homeless choose not to buy - er, rent - housing?

Explain how a childless minimum wage worker can afford to buy coverage.

How many of them are working taxpayers? How many will be paying higher effective tax rates than both the working insured and the non-working insured? You okay with that?

Yes. I don't think people are owed something simply because they exist.
